(ITeS) strategic business unit (SBU),
as part of CMC's BPO and KPO operations,
provides services in data management,
forms processing, back office automation,
Business Process Management (BPM), digitisation,
document management, workflow solutions,
and electronic data interchange (EDI).
The ITeS SBU executed several
critical and sensitive projects in Document
Management and Forms processing using
ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition),
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and
OMR (Optical Mark Reader) technologies.
Subsequent to the Document
Management Assessment, the best fit document
management system (DMS) is implemented
for each customer. CMC is vendor neutral
and recommends appropriate DMS best suited
