CMC Q2 net up 9% at Rs 10.35 cr

Mumbai: IT solutions provider, CMC Ltd on Monday posted an increase of 9.40 per cent in net profit after tax at Rs 10.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, as compared to Rs 9.46 crore for the corresponding period last year.

The total income increased 12.83 per cent to Rs 222.92 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, from Rs 197.56 crore for the same quarter last year, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The group posted a net profit after tax of Rs 11.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, as compared to Rs 10.55 crore for the same quarter last year.

The total income of the group increased to Rs 242.25 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, from Rs 210.01 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago.
