CMC LTD, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, said on Monday it posted a net profit of Rs. 14.96 crore in the first quarter of 2006-07, down from the Rs. 15.33 crore on-year. CMC's total revenue increased by 14 per cent to Rs. 232.35 crore from Rs. 204.50 crore on-year, a company release said.
