CMC Ltd has signed an agreement to implement computerized hand held billing system for Dakshinanchal Vidhyut Vitaran Nigam of Uttar Pradesh government. This would include door to door survey, master data updation, GIS mapping, meter-reading and bill generation through hand held bill generation machine, payment collection through cheque, bank reconciliation and meter installation, said a release.
