Xilinx, CMC in partnership

XILINX, a US-based $1.15 billion supplier of programmable logic solutions is setting up its India Development Centre with the partnership of CMC Ltd, a Tata group company. “The new Xilinx-CMC IDC which is also the first research and development facility in Asia Pacific is being established to develop Field Programmable Gate Array Solutions targeted at high growth markets, such as digital consumer electronics, automotive and communications”, Xilinx Chairman Wim Roelandts said.
