Making an impression at GITEX 2004

CMC was one of the seventy-five global and regional IT majors who participated in the third Global IT Expo (GITEX) held at Hyderabad from January 12-14, 2004, organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre , in association with the information technology and communications department of the government of Andhra Pradesh.

Dr Arun Shourie, minister of communications and IT, and disinvestment, along with Mr N Chandrababu Naidu, chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, inaugurated the event at the HITEX International Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad.

The company displayed the solutions provided by the different SBUs:

	Infrastructure development and management (IDM) / Customer Services
	Education and training: eLearning
	Systems integration: eGovernance, eCommerce and biometrics solution
	IT-enabled services (ITES)
