The projected requirement for trained IT professionals is estimated at about 23 million. In 2011 alone the IT sector is estimated to add 200 k jobs. Industry has discerned that more than 70% of Graduates are not employable.

Accelerated GRAD is a program especially for graduates to make them Job Ready. The 6 month program induces learning through intensive hands-on, based on problem statements to sharpen problem solving and technological skills. Interpersonal and English speaking skills are enhanced by the collaborative learning initiative along with regular soft skills training. CMC GRAD has two tracks to meet the Industry needs as follows:
