The client
Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) is fully owned by the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia (Incorporated) operating, managing and maintaining port and ferry services. It was incorporated on December 7, 1993 and commenced operations on January 1, 1994.

Penang Port's all-weather facilities, situated on the island and the mainland, have a total annual capacity for handling 25 million tonnes of cargo.
