Project details
CEBS is an online integrated system for consumer relationship management (CRM) developed for the Lucknow Electricity Supply Authority (LESA), a zone in the UPPCL statewide network.

The users of the system are UPPCL employees who perform the following tasks:

Interact with consumers
Generate bills and manage the bill generation process
Authorised personnel approve / reject consumer requests
