UWB is a private sector bank with its head office in Satara, Maharashtra, and has over 220 branches spread all over the country. Its integrated treasury branch is situated at Fort in Mumbai, where the front-office, mid-office and back-office operations are conducted. VIGIL - Domestic and Forex has been implemented at this branch.

The bank has dealers and chief dealers for domestic and forex operations. General ledger (GL) update for treasury - domestic is done at the head office whereas the forex operations GL is updated locally.

CMC is going to set up a terminal at the head office to enable the HO enquire on transactions done at Fort, Mumbai, office and to make available a few monthly information statement (MIS) reports.
