The Quality Analyst is responsible for the quality of services delivered to one or more clients. He/she will analyse services and provide solutions to improve quality.

• Review and ensure QA methodologies are followed
• Perform operator quality assurance reviews
• Address client complaints with respect to quality and service level achievement
• Monitoring and tracking delivery on key issues/errors across all processes
• Take ownership of reporting functions - internal reports
• Daily and weekly performance analysis
• Prepare Trend Analysis, Quality/Root Cause Analysis; focus on enhancing process efficiencies and controls
• Responsible for close interaction with the project lead on the project to ensure that all changes to the requirements get translated to the documentation
• Participating in various process improvement initiatives
  Should be able to take a task to completion and work under pressure

• Analytical skills coupled with a flair for numbers and analysis
• Good problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of statistical concepts
• Knowledge of analysing methods & techniques (7 QC tool, QMS, six sigma)
• Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with external and internal customers
• Experience in project-based working
• Ability to work in a team and should be able to comply with timelines

• Bachelor Degree in Statistics/Mathematics, or related quantitative analysis
• Should be Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified
