A company is known by its people. At CMC, we have more than 7,396 of the best. Skilled in cutting-edge technologies, knowledgeable about a panoply of domains, our people work together to create customer delight.
Spread across our five SBUs — Customer Services, Systems Integration, IT-enabled Services, embedded systems and education and training — 16.4 per cent of our employees have more than 10 years of experience; 26 per cent have postgraduate degrees and around 53 per cent are engineers. We have aligned our HR policies with our strategy of sustaining a high-technology business. These policies have been designed to enable scalability of our business and processes, while achieving a high level of ownership and involvement in our employees.
