Our people, our policies

A company is known by its people. At CMC, we have more than 3,500 of the best. Skilled in cutting-edge technologies, knowledgeable about a panoply of domains, our people work together to create customer delight.

Spread across our five SBUs — Customer Services, Systems Integration, IT-enabled Services, embedded systems and education and training — 21 per cent of our employees have more than 10 years of experience; 34 per cent have postgraduate degrees and around 73 per cent are engineers.
